| Coaching leaders toward Great Commission Great Commandment effectiveness | |
| The
heartbeat of GCcoach
is to raise up leaders as Jesus did. Coming alongside, encouraging,
challenging and praying for those God is raising up as leaders is worthy
of our commitment an investment. We want to embrace not only the message
of Christ, but also His method of raising up leaders from the harvest for
the harvest. We must combine traditional educational models with the
incarnational approach of Jesus. Our understanding of coaching balances
structure with flexibility, directed learning with listening and
reflection, and involves one to four years. Drawing from IITimothy 2:2,
one of the strengths of our coaching model is that we require anyone who
is being coached to also be coaching others.
We want each person to experience more of the life of Christ in Great Commandment vitality. This includes the development of character, relational community, and a spirit-filled, led, and empowered passion for life and ministry. We want to help leaders to move toward greater balance across the roles they serve and in the biblical, holistic connection of the heart, mind, soul, and body. www.gccr.net/gccoach |
