Change Foundation provides at-risk youth the
material, educational, and spiritual resources needed for personal
transformation (in body, mind, and spirit), establishing the basis
for community transformation.
The
ultimate purpose of The Change Foundation is to show young people
what a normal, productive life looks like in our society, and to
help them set goals that will equip them to pursue such a life.
We offer hope for a better future through meaningful
relationships.
Our main goal is to provide youth with effective,
caring role models, so they can know what it is to be accepted for
who they are, while at the same time be inspired to dream of all
they can become. We will
achieve this through the development of a broad-based mentoring
program with youth, drawing upon available best practices from the
region and nation. |
